Our client, a major player in structural and civil engineering projects requires an experienced Mobile Plant Manager for its multiple operations based in the Middle East.  The incumbent will oversee all matters pertaining to, but not limited to, the Plant department and equipment at all company project sites.  This includes equipment coordination, procurement, inventory, delivery, maintenance, contract management, health & safety and personnel management.
