Experience designing and evaluating packaging for high power electronics.
Expert in applying both finite element (FEA) and engineering analyses.
Able to analyze and recommend packaging for future developments.
Guide product design for successful UUT performance in vibration, HALT and ESS testing.
Must be a team player.

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (BS) in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering. Eight or more years of related experience.
