EnergySkills – Process and Mechanical Engineers

• Diploma/ITC in Mechanical engineering.
• Experience in piping layout design, support design, stress analysis, steam tracing arrangement and other related pipe work using AutoCAD.
• Shop fabrication, field construction and plant commissioning experience are required.

2)Process engineers

• Degree in chemical engineering.
• Preferably 3-5 years experience in process stimulation (proll or Apsen) Equipment rating(vessel, tower tray , heat exchanger) PID development , hydraulic calculations, plant precomissioning and start up.

3) Mechanical engineer

• Degree in mechanical engineering with at least 2-3 years experience in both engineering design and construction.
• Experience in static equipment design such as pressure valves, heat exchangers, storage tanks and other mechanical equipment.
• Familiar with the requirement of international codes and standards such as API, ASME, BS, ANSI, etc.
• Able to prepare requisition specification and review vendor’s document and coordinate works between vendor and other discipline engineers within the organization.
