Large management/investment company has an opening for an experienced Construction Manager in Honolulu. This person will supervise the construction of a large shopping center expansion and will work with the Planning & Development depts, and with client managers. Candidates must have 5 to 10 yrs as a CM on large commercial retail projects and must have strong management, communication and computer skills. BS in Construction Management is preferred, or an AA with equivalent experience. Salary $90K to $120K DOE.
