Our client specializes in chemical process technology and is a supplier of heterogeneous catalysts. They are very well established (over 60 years old), and are a leader in their field. They compete and often beat the big companies like Dow or Shell. They are located in Northern NJ, very close to NYC in a smaller residential/light commercial setting.

They have an immediate opening for an experienced Heat Transfer Specialist/Vessels Engineer. This opening is to backfill the position where the current employee will be retiring in the future. This individual will be responsible for thermal rating of heat exchangers and review of vendor prints for heat exchangers and pressure vessels. This requires working knowledge of HTRI and/or BJAC, TEMA and ASME Code Sect VIII. All aspects of mechanical design of both pressure vessels & heat exchangers for application in petrochemical installations is required. [more info at Mechanical Jobs]
