This position conducts research & development from concept to conception and supports other technical projects. There is a focus on growth initiative technologies in waterbased coatings and sealers used in the adhesion of paint to plastics.  This individual will be active in product formulation, testing, problem solving, applications, and product evaluation as well as be the technical resource for the Industrial sales team and its customers.
