POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Lean Leader will lead cross-functional projects to drive standardization, stabilization and simplification of the production process. May drive lean implementation across facilitates that improve operations and business processes.

Project Management: Plans, develops, initiates and monitors lean enterprise projects for the facility (ies). Serves as a recognized expert and resource leader for focus areas. Drives projects across multiple functions. Communicates results and accomplishments of projects to plant management and personnel.
