The candidate should be experienced in functional and parametric test design for complex digital boards or modules on Teradyne or equivalent Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Projects will include the design of VME Module Acceptance Tests, Module Test Fixture Design, Fault Coverage Analysis, Test Procedures and Plans.
