Swift Technical Group – Civil Designer

***Full secret security clearance is necessary!***

Civil Designer needed in Houston, TX to take on confidential project. 15+ years of experience is needed.  Needed to start ASAP.  Project will be for 2-3 years.  Rate to be proposed by candidate.

This designer must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil/Structural design and drafting. Civil/Structural designer that is proficient in PDS 3-D CAD
Drafting and in Microstation 2-D drafting. Our primary tool is the PDS 3-D CAD system, and this designer would have to be self sufficient with all the hardware/software aspects of this system. Also, he needs to be familiar with Frameworks computer program. Again, a full secret clearance is required (interim clearance is not acceptable).
