Qualifications:
- MBA
- Bachelors Degree – Engineering
- 10 to 15 years Product Development  within Packaging Industry
- 10 to 15 Years Product Development with Food/Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical/Beverage Industry involving Packaging
- Career Track Record of success developing new products in packaging.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different functional levels including sales, marketing/operations/finance.
- Develop Technical Specifications for System Design Requirements.
- Ability to Travel up to 50%
