Western Digital – Senior Principal Field Quality Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manage and coordinate all activities at the customer’s manufacturing and field return sites with respect to quality initiatives and requirements
• Chair all quality review meetings with customer
• Provide factory performance and quality data as required by the customer
• Lead the ongoing monitoring of customer line and field data
